These terms explain how our pool care service works when you book a visit or a plan with us. By booking, you agree to the terms below.
01 · Our services
We provide residential pool cleaning, water balancing, equipment checks and repairs, green-to-clean treatments and seasonal opening and closing, as described when you book.
02 · Bookings and access
Please give us safe access to the pool area at the scheduled time, keep pets secured, and let us know about any hazards. If we can’t access the pool, the visit may be charged or rescheduled.
03 · Pricing and payment
Plan prices are per month and may vary for larger or heavily neglected pools. Repairs, parts and extra treatments are always quoted before work starts. Payment is due on the date shown on your invoice.
04 · Cancellations and pauses
There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel your plan at any time; please give at least 48 hours’ notice before a scheduled visit.
05 · Chemicals and safety
We dose chemicals to recommended safe ranges. Please follow any wait time we leave before swimming, and keep chemicals away from children and pets.
06 · Our responsibility
We work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent allowed by law, we’re not responsible for pre-existing equipment faults, wear and tear, or damage caused by events outside our control.
07 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
